PDF stands for Portable Digital File and it's one of the most popular documents used till date. PDF is also a safe form for documents as it has less or no chance manipulation of the document file. So when we have to transfer some important Doc file we always try to convert it to PDF.
But older version of
Microsoft Word like MS 2007 or below don't have the facility of "Save As
PDF" button only the current version of MS Office(2010) have this
facility. For the matter of availability MS-2010 is not popular as the 2007
version till now and most of the people try some other software or online
service to convert any document to PDF. The method mentioned above are time
consuming and not good at all.
This tutorial will not need internet connection for just one time to download a
MS Word extension that will enable MS Word as well as some other office
programs like Power Point to save the documents as PDF and XPS.

Instructions
To install this download:- Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
- Double-click the SaveAsPDF.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
After you install this download open the document you want to publish and then, depending on the program you are using, select Save to PDF from the Office or File menu.

To remove this download:
To remove the download file, delete the file SaveAsPDF.exe.
- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Save as PDF Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office programs and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
- Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
